Nice Work!
Thanks for putting this together, looking forward to more. @dantaniel stop trolling, that's an uninformed, blanket statement. Sure, there is the possibility of parasites in certain types of raw food, but mainly meats.
Love it!
More please!
Go organic with all fruit or you support big & polluting corporate farms
The podcast suggests that its okay to purchase certain nonorganic fruits Bananas, oranges, & apples should be organic. These skinned fruits require a ton of pesticide to grow in the corporate farms. The bug/weed killers destroy habitats: including air and water. Certified organic fruit should be used when available. In fact, given the devastation banana farms cause environmentally, the are best bought organic.
