Love!
The Florida Project’s title was the perfect name for the film. It sounds like a “working title” because that was the “working title” for Disney World. The title is derived from the early name for Walt Disney World.
Great podcast though! ;)
Not Good
I listened to one episode (Star Wars), and despite being a topic I was incredibly interesting in, the chemistry on this was awful. It sounded like 3 people who didn't necessarily like each other, didn't have their thoughts together, talking over each other, not articulate enough to come to a meeting of minds, and too emotionally involved to stay focused on the topic (which again, was supposed to be Screen Writing)
It was maybe 10% screen-writing principles in an hour of content. Despite everybody constantly outpouring opinions, none of those opinions were given legitimacy by providing a superior alternative set of screenwriting choices that could have been made.
Great podcast
Enjoyable, well thought out conversations. Love the breakdown using the Save The Cat Beat Sheet technique. Extremely helpful for my own writing.
