Have the stickers dried up? | If you look at the last time I posted a podcast here you'll find that it's been quite some time. In fact, it's been about 3 months. Now before you get all weird, I'm not planning to start this podcast again. With literally dozens of check-ins needed a day there is now way I can keep up! Now back to business. In that 3 month hiatus I have received exactly 0 sticker orders I've requested. Apparently I'm not the only one not receiving sticker requests. Now, this could be because I had multiple accounts and my address is on some kind of blacklist because I was abusing the site. Fine, I can accept that. The thing that bothers me most is the deafening silence from GetGlue about the issue. If I am on a blacklist, why not let me know when I placed my sticker request? Some kind of notice would be nice. If there's a problem with the sticker shipments or fulfilling the orders, an update on the blog would be helpful too. One of my biggest complaints about GetGlue when I was extremely active was the lack of communication with the users. We're the reason GetGlue is able to secure these advertising deals (don't be fooled -- this is directed advertising) and seems to make sense that a little more transparency wouldn't hurt. | 4/23/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Flogging Old Dogs | Many people are not happy with the direction GetGlue has gone, especially the website changes. This has lead to an outcry on the site. GetGlue needs a podcast category. Many large podcasting networks like TWiT have stickers and yet there is still no podcasting category. Podcasters are trying to get a little respect. Many podcasters have tried with no luck to get their podcasts added to the GetGlue databse. My suggestion is to continue to pepper support@getglue.com with requests and politely reach out to Alex Iskold on Twitter.
