Painful
Was hoping for another webcomic-related podcast to compliment Webcomics Weekly, but this one just hurts. The whole thing just sounds like an excuse to hate on other webcomics. And this Jules Rivera is like nails on a chalkboard, snarky and condescending. Hopefully they'll get better, but I don't know if I can stomach another episode.
Insightful
Awesome show!
I Love This Podcast
I've been a regular listener of The Webcomic Beacon for several months now, and I think it's great. I find the hosts to be very entertaining and helpful. They have done a great job of selecting guests and topics that have never failed to interest me, even when the subject was something I didn't expect to enjoy that much.
Also, as someone who intends to create his own webcomic, going through the archives of The Webcomic Beacon has been a valuable learning experience for me that I would recommend to anyone in my position. But even if I was not working on my own comic, I would still be very interesting in hearing about the creation process as a fan of webcomics who appreciates the work that gos into them.
I love The Webcomic Beacon and I thank the many people who work on it for putting it out every week.
