mhmm...
Wow, this is poorly written. I mean, I know that zombie stories aren't the most common thing in the world, but that does not justify publishing total crap and raking in the praise for trying. The writing is stilted and ineffective, the narration does not appropriately convey events, and the story, to me, is kind of ridiculous. If you want a quality zombie story, read World War Z.
Don't bother
Clumsy writing, poor voice acting, rushed pacing, - where to begin? In general, podcast novels tend to be less well-constructed than their print brethren due to the fact that anyone who can write, read, and record one can get it published, but this novel falls short even by those standards. Just because it's free doesn't mean that it's worth spending your time on. Many times, I found myself embarrassed to be listening. I'm not going to write a dissertation about this thing, but I wanted to give a differing opinion.
Zombies for everyone...
Mr. Melzer has written an addicting story which keeps me coming back for more. This is not just a blood and gore story, but one with characters and content. I started it thinking zombies, and was pleasantly suprised to find it is SO much more. I can not wait for my weekly zombie fix......
