Great Podcast
This is the Star Trek podcast I’ve been waiting for. The hosts are charming and fun. Presently, they are covering the TOS episodes in order of production. No other podcast pays this kind of attention to the 60’s original. As I understand it, they plan to move through the films and onto the various subsequent incarnations of the franchise. Lets hope they make it all the way to the present. ( What ever that may be when they get there.) The sound quality is good, with even volume levels and audio clarity. The discussions involve an exploration of ideas, both scientific and philosophical with commentary on performance and other aspects of production. Synopsis’ are succinct and helpful, but this show reviews the material and does not mealy summarize. Very nice.
A must Listen for trek fans
Uniquely entertaining. The Hosts have a new way, though albeit at times nudging toward the irreverent of looking at a show that many (including myself) love. They do seem to enjoy the series as they would need to if they plan to cover all that it has produced for television and screen. Those who would like to feel like they are seeing parts of Star Trek for the first time again need to tune in and listen.
