Podcast Description
A triathlon is an endurance sports event consisting of swimming, cycling and running over various distances. As a result, proficiency in these disciplines alone is not sufficient to guarantee a competitive time. Triathletes need to race each stage in a way that preserves their energy and endurance for subsequent stages. In this video Olympic rowing gold medalist James Cracknell talks with former international triathlete and Iron Man competitor Richard Jones to discuss professional tips and advice for getting the most out of each stage so that you can finish in the fastest time possible. This video has been recorded as part of the build up to the Nokia Royal Windsor Triathlon.
