Cumon' Guys, get real

Hey, to some of the previous reviewers, these are Podcasts, not pay radio. If you want professionals telling you what to think, go to ESPN or Sirrius Radio. Personally, I like listening to someone who puts substance ahead of slick production. Gary has everything you need in a UFC podcast. Insight, Intelligent fighter interviews, and lots of MMA info. If you are looking for slick production, turn on NPR, wrap yourself in a blankie, and drift off to sleep. If you want KickA$$ MMA coverage, make this the podcast you listen to.

This is a great way to distribute

There are not any affordable or flexible mediums to acquire the UFC fights that I am aware of. This could be an excellent medium and is even worth paying for.

This guy is not a broadcaster...

I don't know who Gary Alexander is, but I can guarantee he is not a broadcast professional. His monotone ramblings interlaced with "Uhh", "And Uh", and "Mmm" is amatuer at best and very BORING! He reminds me of a Prof who can't lecture: sure he spews lots of pertinent information, but can you liven it up a bit? This guy is in Ben Steins league...only with lots of crappy cliche's. Also, most of Gary's comments seem to be speculatative and conjectured. If this is the "Official" podcast of the self proclaimed Super Bowl of MMA, it falls extremely short....I'll stick with Sherdog's BeatDown and Eddie Goldmans' "No Holds Barred". Gary, it's called broadcast school, look into it!
