The show is approximately 3 hours long and contains a wide variety of topics including sports, news(local and national),music, and much more. We've had a variety of guests on our show.A few of them include Rudy Sarzo, Dave Ellefson, Eddie Ojeda, Angelica Bridges, Aries Spears, and Bumblefoot from Guns N Roses.
