Podcast Description
UnCommon History is about the fascinating and unusual stories and little-known facts from three centuries of American history. Produced monthly and three to five minutes in length, these audio podcasts uncover the truth about the Revolutionary and Civil Wars, the Great Society and the Great Depression. Whether it was invention or intervention, innovation or despair, UnCommon History speaks of women and immigrant people. It will unmask the characters of our past, introduce the culture of American Indians and tell true stories you never learned in school. Customer Reviews
Interesting!
I like that these are short and to the point.
best ever
worth a subscription. This is fun to hear, historic americana and most unusual. My kids love this but so do I. Everyone should know about this. So many history podcasts are dry and poorly spoken - they are embarrassing to listen to, but not UnCommon History. This one is 5 minutes of well written, well spoken and fascinating history. Best yet - you will love this even if you are not a history buff.
Super. Subscribe you will be glad you did
