ExplicitUnprofessional Foulcast 43: Chicken Heads and Serie A | We recorded this Wednesday evening, after the batch of Champions League play. Mtn Wag, Orr and myself were joined by the enjoyable NY Kid. The Kid kept us awake with all the Ligue Uh updates while Orr added a large collection of Serie A comments, more than you would expect. Also, as you would expect from three Gooners on a Pod, we spoke longingly and lovingly (read: masturbated furiously) about Robin van Persie and last week’s magic against Chelsea. We previewed the upcoming weekend, but the matches are all sort of blah, almost like letdown weekend. | 11/4/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitUnprofessional Foulcast 42: Fried Eggs and Ham | I must apologize, we had a menage tres’ pod last week with myself, MtnWag and Orr. But due to technical difficulties (ahem, I moonshined the recording) we lost everyone but myself. Which may be for the better, since after we recorded the pod, Orr and I had a great conversation about West Virginia Bars, and what some ladies would do for a Bud Lite. I’ll have to over-share that story at some later date. This week, Mountain Wag, Orr, The Fans’ Attic and myself hunker down and start off by discussing The Wag’s wine bus, complete with middle-aged wags flashing drivers and the term ‘Fried Eggs’; the excellent weekend in the Premiere League, a bit of La Liga, an Orr-gasm of Serie A; and wrap up with Fans’ Attic and myself bitching about FIFA and their “investigations.” After Mario’s Fireworks, I couldn’t stop Whistling “Set The House Ablaze” all weekend. Indeed. | 10/24/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitFoulcast 41: The Wag Takes Charge | Trying to upgrade the Podcast hosting duties, Mountain Wag stepped up to “show us how it’s done right.” Like hosting a good dinner party, or running a midfield, hosting a pod is all about distribution. Orr shows up to talk more and more Serie A, and we get a Cameo from The Stretford End, who turned his “2 Minute Cameo” into 5 minutes. Even Manc fans run on “Fergie Time”. Hope you all enjoy. | 9/23/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitUnprofessional Foulcast 40: The Missing Pieces | This week we were a man (or a Wag down if you’re scoring at home) on the pod, so The Fan’s Attic and myself kept it focused on the Champion League and the week upcoming in the EPL. Orr was going to check in and break down his Serie A musings, but was busy getting sweaty. Or so he claims. We use the spare time to delve into the Sarah Palin/Glenn Rice imbroglio. | 9/15/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitUnprofessional Foulcast 206: The Perspective Episode | My son recently told me he doesn’t want to play soccer anymore. Since I live 1,800 miles away most of the year, he says that playing makes him sad because it brings back all of the memories of playing with me as his coach. Not that I was a great coach or anything. It just hurt. Hence, I haven’t been watching or talking much soccer lately, but leave it to the Foulcast to get me a little bit out of my shell. In this episode, Orr, Moonshine Mike and I talk about the USMNT’s first three games and how we shouldn’t all go apeshit about Klinsi, we talk about Serie A and how it needs to get the credit it’s due, and about how this weekend the EPL returns with Spurs rightfully in last place. We also spend a little time talking about 9/11. On a side note that I didn’t put in the Foulcast, I’m really going to be p****d when I see that the NFL turns the 10th anniversary into some pandering f*****g sob-fest that is bookended by Coors Light commercials. F**k the NFL, Fox and CBS if they do that. Which of course means they will. So after you listen to the Foulcast, spend the weekend watching some soccer, but also spend it with those you love, making memories that will last a lifetime, however long that is. After all, it’s all about perspective. | 9/8/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitUnprofessional Foulcast 205: The Not-TSE Episode | So I’m posting the pod, but I wasn’t on it. In this episode, Moonshine Mike, Orr and E-Town (you know him, right?) spend a lot of time talking about Arsenal, so frankly I stopped listening about 30 seconds in. I comment on the podcast in my own musical way. I think you’ll like it. Enjoy, and have a safe Interlull Weekend. Where's Xavi? Or an effective Fabregas? | 9/2/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitUnprofessional Foulcast 204: The Arsenal Hate Episode | I admit that I went a little nuts this episode, but honestly, I’m tired of listening to Arsenal fans. Bring it on. I look forward to your letters, to quote Craig Ferguson. In this episode, Outside Mid and Moonshine Mike listen to me talk about how effing sick I am of listening to Arse fans talk about what should or shouldn’t happen with their team. I’m not going to blather on. Listen. Comment. Flame. Whatever. F**k Wenger and Arsenal. That is all. God I'm sick of this guy. | 8/25/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitUnprofessional Foulcast 203: The Futfanatico Episode | And now for something a little different… We have a bonus Foulcast for you this week, with special guest Elliott Turner from the excellent Futfanatico blog and Twitter feed. In this episode, James T and I hablamos con Elliott about his new e-book, “An Illustrated Guide to Soccer & Spanish,” which is available now for your digital purchase. He takes us through what you’ll get from the book, some of the inspiration for writing it, his take on USA-Mexico as a Mexican-American (we differ on this point, but that’s cool), the future of the Klinsmannschaft, a tiny bit on el Clasico and some chatter about soccer sportswriting online and overall in this country. And tucked in there is a nice little announcement from James T about a coming venture from him. All in all, it’s a great discussion, and Elliott’s book (and blog) are well worth checking out if you don’t already. For the book, get it on Amazon for the Kindle or at Barnes & Noble for the Nook. Do it. Or Mourinho will gouge your eyes out. | 8/18/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitUnprofessional Foulcast 202: The Kneejerk Episode | We’re back again, this time with the two sides of the Arsenal mentality. Mountain Wag is surprisingly chipper in this episode, with optimism oozing all over everything. We needed a warm, wet towel to clean it up. Then we have commenter Wacman, who (aside from having a microphone issue… I KNOW, DON’T TELL ME) was ready to call it a season already. I love his pain. I feed on it like a vampire. Also in this episode, Orr admits to being shirtless, and Outside Mid goes off on Wigan’s supporters. Or lack thereof. All in all, a brisk, enjoyable episode. We hope you like it, too. I just want to use this one again. | 8/17/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

ExplicitUnprofessional Foulcast 201: The Phoenix Rising Episode | That's a real image of The Likely Lad. After a summer of the UF crew being tired, sick of soccer and really not in the mood to talk online — oh, wait, that was just me — it’s Foulcast time again! Like Dumbledore’s office pet, we rise from the ashes like Fawkes in the Chamber of Secrets. What? I’m allowed to read! Shut up. In this season opener, The Likely Lad, Outside Mid and I talk about the expected opening of the EPL season and the opening of the Klinsmann era for the USMNT. Oh, and James T screeches in on his Camaro and talks a little Liverpool fun. It’s a good episode, and we’re ready to hit the rest of this season. Let’s GO! | 8/10/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

A lot of fun
This podcast is among the best around. These people really know their soccer, and the EPL stuff they discuss is awesome. It's not meant for kids, but it's meant for the real soccer (or football) fan.
Download this podcast!
They know soccer, especially the EPL, amazingly well. But it's also hilarious, even when they're ripping on my favorite team. Any EPL fan should be listening to this every week.
Hysterical!
There's plenty of soccer 'intellectual' talk, but it's everything else mixed in that make this pod incredibly entertaining.
