ADHD IS NOT A GIFT...ANYTHING THAT TAKES THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO 'UNWRAP' IS A CURSE!!!
This is just one person (one adult who's lived with ADHD for a VERY long time) but I don't understand why all these doctors keep going on and on about how ADHD is a 'bleeping' gift. IT'S NOT!! If you don't have the thousands of dollars to pay for the therapy and coaching AND medication....then it isn't unlike any other disability. THAT'S RIGHT!! IT'S A DISABILITY!! I have CP, too, and that sure isn't a gift!!! Why not just give people practical advice and support for living with this condition, rather than making them feel bad for not 'appreciating their gift'. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! GET A REALITY CHECK!! REALLY!!!
I have ADHD I am in gifted class and it makes me aware of every thing and I get all A's with out trying! I do belive it is a gift from god!
Be thankful for ADD
I would rather just have ADD but i have other probs i have teretz syndrome, OCD, and ADD itself
