Podcast Description
A podcast dedicated to the science, art, and enjoyment of cycle training and fitness from amateur to elite level, the VTTV podcast is produced by a UK based ABCC Level 3 qualified cycle coach. This is also an opportunity to email in your cycling questions and a selection of those sent in will be covered in subsequent episodes as scheduling allows. The podcast will initially be produced on a weekly basis but this may be subject to change in the light of demand.

Why use video?
While the information is fine, the video really is bad. I'm not sure that seeing a sleep deprived man stare at the camera while in was seems like a jail cell is worthy of much. Is this really the best someone can do when they feel proud enough to do a series and post it?
