Doctor, doctor!
Madge--you're amazing. When I'm in-between sessions, these casts are great for holding me over. For those who aren't in the know and happen to live in the Bay Area, please treat yourself to a wonderful 50-minute session. It's changed the way I see the world, and I'm sure it can do wonders for anyone else.
Excellent show, fantastic host
I am hooked on this podcast! Dr. Cochran is a witty and empathetic host who delves deeply into a variety of mental health topics in an entertaining and enlightening way. I particularly like the fact that the show consists of Dr. Cochran talking directly about a given topic and also a guest who interviews her on the same topic – the multiple perspectives make for a very entertaining and instructive listen. I’ve particularly enjoyed downloading these podcasts and listening to them in the car during my commute---talk about making better use of your time! This show avoids the dryness and condescension that characterizes many of the books, radio shows, TV shows, etc. I’ve come across that deal with issues of emotional well-being.This podcast is in a class of its own and I highly recommend it.
Smart
