Podcast Description
Wicked Decent Learning explores issues relevant to teachers in Maine and the world beyond the Vacationland borders. Hosted by two practicing public educators, WDL features a weekly discussion followed by technology integration tips, media integration ideas, book talks and a 'Didja See?' segment about the week in education news. And no show would be completely without a few tangents and a healthy dose of shenanigans. Contact Wicked Decent Learning at www.wickeddecentlearning.blogspot.com or wickeddecentlearning@gmail.com

Better Than...Inservice, Wicked Fun About Teaching
I listen to about ten podcasts each week and this is the one I wait for with anticipation. As a teacher, I find this podcast to be refreshingly fun, but at the same time useful. I wish these two guys could run our district/campus inservice every semester. How they can come up with this much great stuff each week is amazing. They have lesson ideas, teacher tips, book reviews, professional plans, curriculum questions and just great discussions. As they will tell you, they are from Maine, but their podcast definately focuses on the wider world of education. Don't be fooled by the Nov. '08 start date of the podcast, check out their older episodes at the WDL website. -robert courtemanche, teachj
Education really can be entertaining...
Hilarious commentary on current issues in education by 2 teachers in Maine. Be prepared for lots of ribbing, off topic tangents and insightful and broad discourse on the art of teaching. Great tech and educational resources are included. Don't miss it!
