Podcast Description
Word of Life Church is a large church led by Pastor Brian and Peri Zahnd in Saint Joseph, Missouri, about 30 minutes North of Kansas City. We are a non-denominational Christian church, which simply means that we are governed by our own elders, not by an outside organization. About 4,000 people worship at Word of Life each weekend. Brian Zahnd is the lead pastor of Word of Life Church in Saint Joseph, Missouri. He founded the church in 1981 with his wife, Peri, and is guided in leading the congregation by these five signpost words: Cross, Mystery, Eclectic, Community, and Restoration. Brian travels extensively ministering in churches and conferences across America and internationally. Brian is the author of two books, What To Do On The Worst Day Of Your Life and Unconditional? The Call Of Jesus To Radical Forgiveness. When not pastoring or writing, Brian spends his time exploring the mountains and Bob Dylan deep tracks.

Very inspirational!! Very practical!! He teaches to your intellect as well as your spirit. Really tries to bring you to another level. Anointed teacher and preacher.
Excellence in all that he says and does
John 4:23-24 "But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. "God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth." From all that I have seen and heard of the Zahnd family, they are leading the way in fulfilling what God wants His chosen ones to do. They truly exemplify John 4:23-24..... Keep pressing forward.

I came across the Word of Life Church podcast by doing a search for faith based podcasts and I praise God that I did. Pastor Zahnd’s messages are biblical accurate, spirit stirring, and utterly empowering. This ministry has been a blessing in my life. I pray that others take advantage of this Kingdom asset available on the internet.
