Brant and Tim give an overview of real-world topics that every software developer should be aware of, but may not have been exposed to.
Tim has 20+ years in the corporate/J2EE dev space, while Brant is only 1 year post-masters. Their mix of experience and opinions gives real insights into topics from a number of different angles.
If you want a crash course in all the things about software development that they don't teach you in college, this podcast is a great place to start.
