Wow that belly fat podcast really opened my mind about how much unnecessary stress I take on in my life!

Relaxing and beneficial! As a Yoga Instrustor, I use meditation with clients and in classes all of the time. This gives me some great information right at my fingertips. A good night

Ok I suffer from insomnia and it drives me crazy! Sleep is so important and it is so frustrating when you just can't get a good night of sleep. That insomnia meditation was amazing I really felt relaxed and ready for bed, my brain finally stopped running like a hamster on a wheel!
