Chewing the fat?
Wow that belly fat podcast really opened my mind about how much unnecessary stress I take on in my life!
My new tool of choice for all of my Yoga clients!
Relaxing and beneficial! As a Yoga Instrustor, I use meditation with clients and in classes all of the time. This gives me some great information right at my fingertips. I am so excited that something like this is on here. The best part is that this can be used for anyone. I'm showing my family next for the stress relief and insomnia around the holiday's. A good night
Ok I suffer from insomnia and it drives me crazy! Sleep is so important and it is so frustrating when you just can't get a good night of sleep. That insomnia meditation was amazing I really felt relaxed and ready for bed, my brain finally stopped running like a hamster on a wheel!
