Yoga practice with Mr Crandell
Excellent practice and thank you from those of us who live in small island states where we have no yoga centres.
I'd been finding it hard to get a home practice...
going, but it's helped so much to have a new podcast, with a nicely balanced, well-thought-out sequence, appear every week on iTunes... and Jason Crandell's narration makes it *almost* as good as being in class. Also, I noticed that, in one of the most recent ones, he suggests combining one or more of the sequences, which would make these podcasts useful even for people who find 20-30 minutes too short.
Great for Travelers!
I have been struggling with how to practice while traveling for work. I love the series of podcasts as I can choose those that work out best based on the size of my hotel room and the amount of time I have to practice. Thank you Jason Crandall and Yoga Journal for making these available and I am looking forward to furture podcasts for my library.
