Very informative
This show is really informative for people who want to lose weight but still want to eat their favorite foods. These hosts really know what they are doing when it comes to nutrition and cooking. You will be surprised with the secret ingredients they put into foods to skip the fat and calories.Amazing! The foods look so delicious and healthy! I recommend this show for people who want to lose weight without eating blah food.
A good concept
The idea of converting your repetoire of meals to make them healthier is very useful. I'm not personally fond of 'The View' format with chattey women in a roundtable setting. Sadly, my wife is. I'll recommend this to her and hopefully our whole family will benefit. It's good to have a variety here, even if the youngsters can't connect with it.
