Description
Courteney Cox stars as Lucy Spiller, the hard-driving editor-in-chief of tabloid magazines Dirt and Now. Lucy has a maniacal dedication to finding the truth, for reasons even she has yet to fully fathom. With the help of Don Konkey (Ian Hart), a schizophrenic paparazzo blessed with a genius for getting the money shot, Lucy exposes the hidden truth behind celebrity lives — and also determines their fate.

Kinda hated it
I loved Courteney Cox in Friends, and was anxious to see what she's up to. I should have known by the premise and name of the show, but it was just too ...dirty for me. It's done well enough, I'm just not entertained by watching people exploit one another and ultimately sell their souls. It's all handled in a very serious manner, which is probably apropos. However, I prefer my serious art to examine important issues. Perhaps the makers of this show, as people in the entertainment industry, feel it's important that the public be informed as to what fuels gossip magazines and the paparazzi. I just don't enjoy spending my time in the filth.

This is such a great show! im instantly in love with it! Courteney is such an amazing actresss and its so nice to see her play a different role than Monica on Friends! This show is such a great combo of journalism, CSI, action, sex and dark comedy! its a great show and highly recomed it. I was caught off guard by the whole wierdo/psycho photographer but it just made the show more interesting! i LOVE it and it shows us the other UGLY side of Hollywood and the life of luxury!! HIGHLY RECOMEND IT!!!
What I come to expect from FX
Dirt is very original,and uses great characters to tell a a fun to watch story. This is what i have come to expect from FX...well done....and well worth the $1.99 price tag
