Not vegetarian at all
I don't know who gave a title to this series, but in the first episode Emeril cooks crab meat and fish. Vegetarian? It may be local, it may be 'green' (I do not believe killing fish and crabs is green at all), but it definitely isn't vegetarian.
This is neither green nor vegetarian
This series has nothing to do with vegetarianism. They utilize chicken broth in almost all of the recipes, focus on heavy unhealthy cream and egg based foods and there are also a variety of episodes that contain animals. There is one where they cook cow in the form of steak and they also cook shrimp. Neither of these fall under the category of vegetarian food. Please can we have a cooking show that highlights the fact of what vegetarianism actually is before calling itself vegetarian. I'm very disappointed in Planet Green. Eating meat causes more green house gases to be emitted into the atmosphere than anything else. Let's please focus on truly having a green planet next time they include a vegetarian program...
