Great for My 2 1/2 year old

My little daughter loves this show. If she's fussy while out and about, I just put this show on w/ my iphone and she settles right down.

Fair; but missing the classics

I first saw this show when I was visiting my cousins, and my first reaction when seeing my four year old cousin watching it was: "Huh? Where the HECK is Christopher Robin?!" (B.T.W., none of my cousins knew who this was.) Although this show has charm that can engage Disneys younger versions, I can't help feeling disappointed that Disney has to go through "phases" with characters. Christopher Robin wasn't even created by Disney, but A.A. Mline, for crying out loud! The Winnie-the-Pooh books by A.A. Mline were some of my dearest memories from my childhood; and I would hate to see the younger generation not know who Christopher Robin is because he got replaced with a girl and a dog on a Disney show.

Love the innocence

I rarely let my 20 month old son watch television, however after seeing his love of the Winnie the Pooh characters in his paper back books I decided to preview an episode with my husband. We both agreed that this is one of Disney's most innocent television shows. We have yet to see a "scary" episode or a "dark" episode. Our son is thrilled when we turn on a 24 minute episode and snuggle on the couch with him. We enjoy the light hearted nature of each episode.
