Customer Reviews
As enjoyable as it is insightful
This beautifully-directed and composed documentary is a wonderful, eye-opening look into the world of these four transgender individuals. I saw the first episode at my college at an LGBT event, and I was moved and almost suprised by the amazing level of detail the producers got into in terms of these people's lives. The clear, stand-out favorite is Raci, who not only pulls off looking like a woman despite her male origins extremely well, she acts the part exceptionally well.
A Beautiful Documentary
I saw this documentary when it was on the Sundance Channel and it's so wonderful to see people showing a more sensitive side to trans people and not making them out to be the way Jerry Springer made them out to be. You'll see the world the way these strong people have to see it every day.
Great Series
I watched the whole thing on DVD with my friend, we're both trans, This is worth it if you have trans freinds or are a parent or are trans yourself.
