Description
The saga of Sookie Stackhouse is reaching bloody new heights in Season Two of the HBO hit vampire series. With the residents of Bon Temps coming under the control of the devious Maryann Forrester, it's up to the perky telepathic waitress (played by Anna Paquin), her blood-sucking soulmate Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer) and her shape-shifting boss Sam Merlotte (Sam Trammell) to stave off the threat. Meanwhile, Sookie's roguish brother Jason finds a new purpose in life with the anti-vampire sect Fellowship of the Sun; Lafayette tries to escape the shackles of vampire sheriff Eric; Sam sparks a relationship with a strange new waitress; and Tara forges an amnesia-filled romance with Eggs, one of Maryann's wards. WELL LETS BE HONEST
This is a great program. But Itunes is being a little deceiving, Season 2 has long past. The New Season 3 will start June 13th 2010 at 9 PM on HBO. I just don't want you to think these are the latest episodes, and sound like an idiot tomorrow at the water cooler. "This is intended for new watchers". Now for the rest of you FANS this is not a prime-time show. Shows like this get missed because the network they are aired on don't let us know when they are coming back on. If your a blogger let it be known, and as I just did put the date, time, and year so they will know that it is current good info. True Blood Rocks - -
Love True Blood & Charlaine Harris' Books
Future episodes of Season 2? I don't need Season 2. What I would love to have is when Season 3 starts on June 13th. Sell me a Season Pass for that and I'm in...would love to be able to download episodes that I haven't had time to watch on the tv but could watch elsewhere on my iPod.
Better Than 'Twilight'
"True Blood" is a truly legit vampire-themed series.
There's no wacky love story, weak acting skills, that is portrayed in "The Twilight Saga". The only reason people like the Saga is because of the three stars of the films, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and Kristen Stewart. The books are good, but, no where near as great as "The Sookie Stackhouse Chronicles". 'Sookie' is just an amazing series and it's 100% raw and just plain, REAL!
"True Blood, Season 2" leaves off where the first season did. Filled with cliff-hangers, twists, and so much story changing and surprises that it'll keep you on the edge of your seat!
FINALLY, HBO releases the second season on iTunes. What took them so long?
