Can it be more beautiful?
Ugly Betty has come back for its 3rd season... sure, the 2nd season lost some viewers but the loyal bunch like us have stayed faithful to this wonderful dramedy. But will Season 3 live up to the standard of the first two seasons? I, and MANY ugly betty fans sure hope so. Season 1 focused on Betty and how she has fit in to Mode Magazine. It is an inspirational show, and as seen in this season, even people who don't think their beautiful can succeed, and save the day. Season 2 focused more on Betty's love life. Henry... AND Gio? Well, if there are 2 guys falling for her, why is she still known as ugly? Season 3 should answer some of our questions... will Wilhelmina finally reign and cause havoc? Will Daniel Meade see the goodness in Betty and fall in love? Will Betty choose Henry, Gio or someone else? Lets hope this season will answer these questions... and bring more of Betty's funny and sometimes emotional life. The addition of HD just makes Betty look even more beautiful. After watching the first two episodes, the re-location of them to NY was an EXCELLENT decision. The "green screen" of seasons 1 and 2 was getting a little obvious, so the real deal ups the show more. Some reviewers here are saying that this show is more "depressing" or more sadder. But this is what EVERY show goes through, a phase which will CHANGE the show for the BETTER. The new season shows that it has the potential to bring devestating mysteries (who pushed Christina?) and many bad things to Betty, which end up being good anyway. Season 3 is not going down, but is going up. And up.
