SuperSport 12+

This used to be an amazing app, one which I used constantly. I could access content quickly and many times I streamed entire games in perfect quality.

Now however the app is seriously slow, often the highlights videos don’t work, and in order to stream any game I have to download the overly big, COMPLETELY non-functioning DSTV Now app - obviously to no avail as it does not work..ever.. like at all.

This app has unfortunately become almost redundant. Pity, cos I once loved this thing.

Dear ThirdMB. We are currently in the process of enhancing the technology, processes that will speed up the delivery of scores. Rugby scores has been improved but there are some bugs that crop up which are fixing as they arise. We do apologise for this. I’ve used the app almost every day for the past 6 years, begged by the SuperSport developers that after a bit of time you will get used to it and enjoy it more. The answer is no I won’t.
I wish you could record your history of transactions on this app and how badly ratings and usage has gone down. I’ve read so many reviews about similar issues, it is not user friendly!!!
All I wanted to do this evening was see the international scores (football) which would’ve taken 15 second, I’ve now scrolled and selected 10 different options to no avail. Wasting unnecessary time. Please get a professional team involved and make the app more user friendly. All I want is to access updates on games and upcoming fixtures etc not build my own personalised app that never works!

Hi there. So sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. May I ask if you've spotted the Sports tab at the bottom of the screen when you open the app. That's a new sports menu which makes it a lot easier to find what you're looking for and will hopefully cut out those 10 extra steps. I use an iPhone 11 and find that the names are cut off in the results column a lot of the times. Fewer results are given than in the previous version. There are no news summaries of the various sports. The old version was more precise, more informative, much easier to navigate. The new app is less precise, confusing, less informative, lettering is too big. I used check out the old version every night to stay abreast with a wide range of up to date scores and sports news, with new app this impossible as there are much less scores and news given. The new version is laborious to scroll through and retrieve information . The new version is a definitely more inferior and confusing than the old version. Please bring back the old version

Thank you for raising all of the issues in your message. We are aware of a number of the issues, such as the names being cut off in the golf scorecards, and we are working to resolve these.

We are also working on enhancements to improve navigation, user-friendliness and the ability for users to find exactly what they are after. We hope you will bear with us as we look to make the improvements and thank you for taking the time to engage with us. Your feedback will help us to improve.

By using the Search bar at the top of the app, you can view various Sports and Tournament menu options, bringing you directly to the sport or competition that you are interested in.

If you do not want to sign in and take advantage of the personalisation feature, you can sign out and use the app without needing to select any favourites, thereby offering you all of the content at once rather than reducing the content to what you are most interested in, as some users prefer.
