- When downloading the application for the first time, you will be provided “User Guide” which provides detailed and step-by-step information about user guidelines.
- In case of any queries and offers, you may contact the Customer Care Center, which is available 24/7. SimSim and Post-Paid line subscribers may call *1111 (the cost of one call for all Azercell subscribers irrespective of duration is 0.10 AZN with VAT inclusive; For subscribers of other local mobile operators the tariff package will be calculated according to off-net call tariffs).

Authentication is fixed and switch between accounts
My previous review: It has very bad authentication mechanism. I have bored typing and collecting all my phone number to it. It might work one day or week then it asks password again. And looses all defined numbers to it. No Face ID for login. SMS for OTP not shown on too of keyboard. You have to move to messages copy and return to paste in app. Overall good app. But such issues makes it useless. New ADS banner in the middle annoying. UX designer should work on app. 3-4 months ago it was working much better.

Now face id is working and switch between accounts much easier. Thanks for hearing us!

More functionality
It would be much more useful if I could manage several numbers among which numbers of family members, for example numbers of my parents
Increasing balance
If there will be added card due to increase balance would be much more easier and better
