Worst bill policy

I was 9 min late for the trip and there's only one booking in half an hour so I didn't interrupt other's trip. The company charged me the price of an extra half hour PLUS $35 late fee. They assume you should stop your car in the middle of your trip to extend your booking hour in order to not being fined. Who has the time to do this if they are trying hard to make it on time?? Are you guys rely on these unreasonable rules to make profit?

Great Service, but could use some updates

I’ve been using Zipcar for the past year or so. The cars you can get are pretty great and fun. Some come with really nice packages, they are mostly clean on the inside, and there are very few miles on them, which is nice because the new car smell is there. I mainly have problems with the app itself. I live in Toronto. The winters here can get pretty bad. I know that they offer “Winter Ready” cars that have winter tires, but I just cant find them anywhere in the app. There needs to be some sort of ammenties section for each car, so I can see what they have, like blind spot detection, winter tires, AWD, heated seats, etc. I also feel that there should be a way of ending the trip early, and getting a credit for it. Sometimes its just impossible to estimate exactly how long the reservation will be. So even if the trip ends 20 miniutes early and the credit would only be $5, I would really appreciate getting that back. These features would be great if they get implemented, and I also suggest the developers read other reviews, because others have great suggestions too.
