I was here for vocation with my husband and all the trip we use bolt it’s very nice , all the driver was very helpful very nice very polite and they show me everything I ask for …. Resterant old city, food streets anything I ask they come on time they call u even if I’m not in location they look for me.. 👏

Very nice safe service with decent drivers from the nationals. I love it more than any device provider as I tried many of them. Bolt is the best
They cancelled twice my ride and didn’t refund both!
One month ago, i requested BOLT riders twice and in both times drivers were going to wrong pick up points so they were cancelling, and i was getting confirmation that i won’t be charged. As this happens twice, i requested a ride from uber.
Until today, one month ago, they didn’t refund the money which was deducted twice from my credit card!!
