Poor service


I’ve used the app four times now. Twice it worked just about as it should, but with a high number of items unavailable. The third time I had a message saying my ordered had been delivered when it hadn’t. After much chasing it eventually arrived late.

The final straw has been my most recent order. They only started processing the order an hour and a half after it was submitted, so not a chance of being on time. I have given up with calling support as it takes then a long time and they can do very little other than call the local store. The big problem is distribution - if something is going wrong in the local Sainsbury’s the support team can do nothing about it. All in all, not worth the hassle if you want things quick - I will just plan a little ahead and use another service from now.

Great app & brilliant service


Delivered to me with a bicycle delivery and I’m very happy with the service! Showed up within the 60 min delivery time. The delivery guy was very nice and polite. Will for sure use again!!
(Only thing was that the app didn’t actually update so I didn’t know my order was going to arrive at all, however I believe this was a human error and someone forgot to click that it’s out for delivery) still very happy!

Aways out of stock


Almost each and every item I order (happened 6 times now) I get a call aftewards from their customer service telling me that the items you ordered are out of stock and we will have to cancel your order.

I don’t know why they don’t mark or remove the items from the app if they’re out of stock??? Plus the items I order are basic and can be found literally at any local Sainsbury’s store.

Totally useless.
