This app is a good starting point for young people...even just flicking through the sections may begin to introduce the cycle of anxiety behaviours and thoughts but it's certainly not enough on its own. It has glitches e.g. The videos don't play and the voices are too loud and 'sharp' for visualisations and could do with being a bit more chilled ! The fonts are tiny in places ( tricky when most young people use phones).. and the visualisations could be a bit more young relevant.. not all access a beach..maybe use their room? Park ?
Please Keep working on this app as it has the basis of being a good tool for young people.

This app is so quick and easy to use, it's also free which is rare to find with mental health apps, honestly this app has already helped me in so many ways and I've only just started using it, the audios are extremely helpful and the exercises are equally as helpful to, I love the way you can add notes, and how you can check how you are feeling ❤️❤️ Highly recommend 👍🏻

Don't read old reviews it's much better now and has so much more updates and it helps me so much I love it I use it when I get panic attacks or if I have anxiety with a test and it's free which Is absolutely amazing
