Used for cleaning. What a disaster, they sent me a person who tried to use bleach on dark wood floor, left white stains! Created so much mess.
She has no experience at all! She told me that she had no training and had no idea what are the basic tools to use for cleaning.
i had to ask her to leave early as I was worried that she would damage more. She didn't know what to use with what and frankly didn't care. When i asked her she wasn't bothered she just said that she is not professional and that the app will charge me anyways.
I asked to leave after 70mins when i realised what she does, but Bizzby charged me for 160mins! I contacted the customer service and wrote to CEO and i got an automated response that they responded but I haven't received any response. I hope CEO sees this and actually checks what s going on with the customer service and get the information required!!!!
Have been using the app for the second year in a row for both emergency and scheduled services. Have seen many improvements and if any issues happened the customer service was always fast and helpful.
BIG BIG FAIL!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
This is the most disgusting app for services in London, they promise to go the extra mile to impress their costumers and lots of bla bla on the app, then because the guy needed to disconnect a machine before loading he charged me 30£ on top, didn't want to give me a receipt, didn't have change and the rudest person on the phone ever, the only good thing was the driver that was very nice and polite and even embarrassed by his "boss" attitude,
PLEASE DONT USE BIZZBY!! Use TaskRabit, much better prices and costumer service!!!! Worst Experience BIZZBY FAIL
