My due amount of rupee 1114 will be due and Vodafone includes some extra charges ex late payment charges and others. Finally a member of the collection team were call me and give me some vaber rupee 500. I pay almost half and amount and they give me the slip the executive who came at my door step. The collection team member send me the details related to vaber in my mail ID, I’ll wait almost 10 days period of vaber. After 10 days no vaber will be held, then I’ll call again and they call me sir you wait atlest 15 days, almost 20 days I’ll wait for vaber but no vaber will be held. After that I’ll reached the Vodafone store and discuss the issue, the executive call me the shocking thing. This is the scam and you pay full bill. I was stuck that time. I mean that is the trick and Vodafone pay the money to those people who help the Vodafone for collected the bill. The thing is but don’t give me the fake promise. By the story we got massages, massage is that always beware about those people who always lie. Finally I skip the Vodafone and go with Airtel, airtel is Indian compney and it’s good for us as a citizen of India and improve our economic growth by the help of tax. Why we choice different provider and pay the money and the economy of other country.
WORST Postpaid customer Service
Billing issues from past 4 months and no proper response from customer care. I have been repeatedly raising concerns. Also, Service Requests are not noted properly(inspite of visiting exclusively the Vodafone store) instead they write a single line and the next time i have to explain every bit of information again to other supervisor/Team. Despite of giving them an alternative to charge for Services used(services such as basic device change notification msg that goes to mobile operators when sim is inserted or call divert charges if any)they still expect to make complete payment which was never used + additional charges(according to them for international msgs). The Store Services /customer care services also cheat customers saying they are raising requests but no requests or acknowledgement can be seen later. Worst Service ever, inspite of being a long run customer!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of the service centre’s. This issue is not just about the payment but repeatedly raising same concerns is freaking annoying !!!!
Worst user experience where nothing works
I have no idea what Vodafone is trying to achieve here with such an awful user experience from the app. Too much animations and overlays for absolutely nothing. Replace the person on the team whoever is deciding the UI/UX. Every time I open the app, I have to click on “continue to app”. What is wrong with you people? This is your idea of developing an app? So many useless animations and complexities within the app for absolutely no reason. I cannot do anything from the app. Bill payments, usage statistics, plan details - nothing works. It always gets stuck on the loading screen.
Here’s a tip: learn app UI/UX from the new Airtel app. They have a really clean and sleek interface. Your app animations and interactions feel very much bloated and purposeless. Fire your UI/UX lead and hire a new one. And learn from the most popular apps how an app should look and feel.
