WORST Postpaid customer Service
Billing issues from past 4 months and no proper response from customer care. I have been repeatedly raising concerns. Also, Service Requests are not noted properly(inspite of visiting exclusively the Vodafone store) instead they write a single line and the next time i have to explain every bit of information again to other supervisor/Team. Despite of giving them an alternative to charge for Services used(services such as basic device change notification msg that goes to mobile operators when sim is inserted or call divert charges if any)they still expect to make complete payment which was never used + additional charges(according to them for international msgs). The Store Services /customer care services also cheat customers saying they are raising requests but no requests or acknowledgement can be seen later. Worst Service ever, inspite of being a long run customer!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of the service centre’s. This issue is not just about the payment but repeatedly raising same concerns is freaking annoying !!!!
Worst service with worst customer support
My sim isn't having incoming calls since a week. They told me to recharge for rs 400 and said that it will start and we have registered your complaint...no resolution till one week...told me to recharge again n again....noone responds neither cares for the problems the customer is facing....i went to Vodafone center 2 times...they told me to do a recharge again...i did that...said it will be activated in 24 hours....no resolution...i.went again to the centre....told me to get my sim replaced did that again told me to wait for 24 hours....no response....have called them repeatedly...to correct my incoming calls issue....they just say your complaint has been registered n for previous complaints they themselves declare it resolved....no one cares about the problems the customer is facing....they only want money....and are not even listening to refund my money so that I can take a new sim of different operator...worst experience....even don't get network for outgoing calls or internet....pathetic service.
I have been using the vodaphone services and paying excessive bills as compare to my monthly usage .. don’t know what vodafone is doing despite of several reminders and discussion with customer care executive they always have an excuse ... I’m going to switch it to airtel or idea ... I am a house wife how come I can use the data and calls more than my husband’s bill and who is working and my son’s bill those are in business .. vodaphone is literally looting my money they don’t listen to you at all. Its been 4-5 years now I’m complaining ... I took a new vodafone number and old one Is with my husband ..which is switched off these days.. but still with the new number I have same problem .. net problem .. calls are missing.. no signals sometimes for hours. They have ridiculous services ...
Despite of several reminders they haven’t changed the TRUE CALLER IDENTITY still my phone shows somebody else’s name on true caller which is ethically and legally wrong. They or of no use guys.
