A great program , highly motivates its candidates to have a healthy life style.
I joined in Ramadan and lost 4 kilo, I usually gain weight in ramadan not lose. It nice that you have a dietition on board to help you out , regular follow ups and a healthy meal plan. By the way the cost is reasonable and it worth it. I saved timeby virtual consultation especially with the lock down.
