Fast, easy and free return policy! Moreover, a lot of discounts and great brands! I love it and recommend it to everyone. Once my package was lost before shipping, but I got fast return of money and apologies, so no hard feelings and I continue to shop in Zalando Launge anyway ;)

The app works really well except the first ca. 30 minutes when the sale starts (works very slow or at all due to high number of buyers). I am very satisfied about the entire idea of the app and customer service of Zalando Lounge.
