Wosrt customer service center ..
Grab food was horrible experience for me. The delivery guy did not even leave any message and grab food also did not send any arrival msg to me that day. Delivery guy just left the food on side of my house door 20 min earlier than expected time. How could i know he just left the food next to my door if they do not leave msg??? I found that delivery status suddenly changed to delivered in my house (20min ahead of delivery expected time). So I waited in front of my house for 30min and no one came to my house. I felt something was wrong and i found cold ramian on the side of my house haha... i tried to contact with the customer service for my problem over 8times but they dont try to understand my situation. Customer service centers keep sending me random macro replies which is not related to my situation.. they seemed like they do not want to solve the problem unless wrong item was delivered or spoiled. They do not care about late delivery and delivery problems.. i just threw whole food away to garbage can because i could not eat cold ramian and karage set which was as hard as a stone. I feel really bad not because i wasted my 30 dollar but i had horrible customer service :(
Terrible service from GrabFood
Ordered for the first time via the app and it took close to 30 mins just to link up my Grab app to the GrabFood app because of a “connection error”. Was about to give up when it finally linked but I was once again stuck for ages trying to use GrabPay for the payment.
To make matters worse, the driver arrived an hour later than the estimated time. Granted the weather was bad that day, but the driver didn’t even take the initiative to contact me telling me my order was going to be delayed and when I finally reached him, he told me he was on another delivery, and this was already 45 mins into his lateness.
The last straw came when I received my food orders and the order was wrong, and I received an item that was priced lower than the item I actually ordered. I wrote in to Grab that very night and in the reply that took 3 days to arrive, I was simply told they were going to “investigate the matter and educate their drivers”. I wrote back and asked if that was going to be their ONLY response (btw: A wrong order situation happened with Honestbee before and after writing in they immediately offered me a $5 discount on my next purchase on top of the whole education thing), and to my absolute disgust the staff just repeated the same old thing without offering any form of monetary compensation.
That was my first, and definitely my last and only time using the app. I wish I could give this zero stars but unfortunately I can’t.

Always room for improvement
i have given a 4 star because there will always be room for improvement. Grab needs to think about a penalty system that is fair to both the food provider and the delivery man as lateness can come from either party. In a previous order, i was informed by the app that the delivery is late and later informed by the driver that when he arrives at the food provider, the food wasn’t even started cooking yet. All these are not verified and to me, i have no way to give an accurate rating: Do I fault the driver or the food provider? Should the food turns cold because of late delivery... what can i do about it? Why do i have to reheat the food myself for the price that i am already paying? Does grab ask me to be gracious and forgiving or what is the solution to this situation?
