Very bad customer experience - direspect among members
- They called me to prepare an article and i asked to call me after because i was at work. THEY DID not call me after that and the order was cancelled because « I did not pick up » and the user that bought it had to give me a bad review calling me « disrespectful » because i did not pick up my phone . Customer service did not do anything when I complained about it.
- I have prepared an article to delivery and theb it gets cancelled and the delivery man keeps calling me to pick it up (0 communication)
