Great App

I graduated this morning. Ran my 1st 10kin 78 minutes, run on a track, so this was 25 laps at about a 12 minute mile pace. This is a great trainer, and highly recommend it. think I'll stick to 10k trainer for now, but if ever decide to move up to half marathon, I'll definitely use their app. While it's a 14 week program, it took me 16 weeks. Pulled a muscle on the first workout of an early week(week 4 I think), then had a vacation on the beach at week 11 where only ran the first workout then got worn out from the beach. Started both of those weeks over the following weeks including the workout I'd already done. Don't get discouraged, it's definitely doable

Fantastic app

I was a couch potato but I have recently completed the couch to 5k so have now moved onto this, never thought I would run at all never mind 5k. The only issue I have is the payment. I think it is great value and love that you can try before you buy but I feel an idiot for buying 0-5k and then 5-10 k and paying twice when this one goes from 0-10 k. I have also got a few other people to buy it and feel I have done them wrong now.

Good, needs louder voice thoughly

I've used this 10k trainer for a couple of workouts now. They fixed the bugs that people were talking about with completion (it checks off workouts as you go), but the voice is still very soft with music playing. It's workouts are in manageable steps and hope it works well;) I want to run a 10k in July!
