Decent app

I'm paying for the premium plan. After my injuries ran down my fitness and I became unmotivated this app is really helping me rebuild my foundation. I still hurt but I'm able to move at my own pace but I'm very competitive so this app presents me a challenge that I refuse to lose to. There are many runtastic apps to pair with this one and I'm more than happy I found it. The only problem I have is I haven't figured out the whole health and nutrition part. I don't know how to get a nutrition plan.

For Results app

I have used this app a while now and they make improvements and make it nicer for us older woman as well. They give suggestions on how to do an exercise a little easier. For those of us who can't do a lot of jumping they give an alternative way of doing it. Of course everyone can modify any exercise any way to fit their situations. It keeps you on track and you will feel stronger if you keep with it.

No more going to the gym

I have a one year gym membership, renewed for the third year, and I used to go three times a week. Since I stumbled upon results at the App Store, and subscribed for one year, I stopped going to the gym. I feel as good as when I used to be at the gym, and I saved tons of time. Still I have to find alternatives to do my biceps and back muscles. You can't do these two groups without weights or a bar.
