A to-do list that works with your life! LifeList will help you be more productive, organized and… realistic about what you can really get done in a day. It will help you go to bed every night feeling really accomplished, motivated, and excited about what you got done. This will carry over into the following day to help you accomplish even more.
Start by making a list of everything you do in a day. Taking a shower, getting dressed, picking up kids, making dinner, going to work, whatever it is that fills up your day. These are your “Daily Activities.” You can also include things you WANT to do more of, like exercise, meditation, connecting with friends, and self-care.
Next you’ll make a list of all the other things you need to do. These “Weekly Tasks” will change week to week. Picking up the dry cleaning, grocery shopping, paying bills, home repairs, buying new socks, etc. You will also assign a priority to each task of A, B, or C.
LifeList then combines the two lists into one!
As you go through your day you will be checking things off your list, one by one. You will realize how much you really are getting done in a day… You took a shower! You got dressed! You kept your kids alive! You went to work! You put away laundry! You shaved your legs! You took your vitamins!
You get a gold star.

Nicely done App with great potential but no back up option
I have had so many nightmares with lost data on other apps, no connection with this developer, that I hesitate to devote all of my organization to an app that could evaporate with the next iPhone glitch.
I hope the developer keeps up the great work and adds a cloud back up, or similar, in the near future.
I've tried other "to do list" apps, but they took so long to use that it wasted the very time I was trying to save. This, though, is super simple. You set your daily activities ONCE, and they pop up again each day! To "check off" a finished item, you just touch it once, then it automatically moves over to a seperate "done" list so those items don't clutter up the list of things you still need to do. The weekly activities can be quickly put in as needed, and I love that they appear on the same list as the daily activities.
When I first started using the app, I only put things on that I wanted to start doing but had as yet been unsuccessful with, such as journaling at night. I got overwhelmed and felt unsuccessful because I never completed them all, not even close. But now I put on some of the things I already do every day and don't need a reminder for, such as "take the kids to school," because I love the boost I get when I "check it off" every day. I feel really accomplished and successful. Then I put a few things on there that I'd like to start doing daily. Sometimes I get them done, and sometimes I don't, but it's always on there to remind me.
The one thing I wish this app did was chart out in some way the history of what I've accomplished. Other apps do that, but it's not really the point of this app, so that's OK. It's really just a tool for TODAY, which overall is great. Then I don't beat myself up over my lack of successes in the past, for ruining a "streak." Tomorrow is always a fresh start, which is a really empowering thought.
Great for busy moms
I’m a SAHM and even though I’m busy all day long, I often feel like I don’t get anything “done”. It’s frustrating and discouraging. I love that with this app I can check off things that I do every day (like feed my kids and keep them alive), and then I see how much I really got done in a single day. I also like that I can add other to-do list items and then prioritize them, so I get the most important things done first. It takes a while to set up this app when you first get it, because you have to really think about all the things you do in a day (which is surprisingly a lot!) and then input all those things. But I think it’s worth it, once it’s done. It’s really nice to check off those things every day and feel better about what I got done. I put “take vitamins” on my list and I’ve actually been taking them everyday, which is cool. It helps to have reminders for stuff I want to do on there too. I love it! This is a really great app for busy moms.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
