Works Great especially for studying or writing
This app is simple and very intuitive. Just set up how long you want to work, how long you want to take a break for and how many sessions you want to do this for. Excellent for studying or writing to allow your brain to take a break. Best to study or write in segments, say study for 15 mins, take a break for 5 mins. This will notify you automatically when to stop and when to start back working. Notifications come onto apple watch also.

I like that I can control how long my work sessions and breaks are. I often forget to take breaks, so this is perfect for me.
It has settings for both long and short breaks. You can have a long break every X number of work sessions. The rest are shorter breaks and all are customizable.
I currently have my work sessions at 55 minutes with a 5-minute break (short break) and a longer break (10 minutes) every two work sessions. I have it set to 10 work sessions a day.
This app has many uses. If you are someone who easily loses track of time while on social media or on your phone, this is a great app to have.
Good app, sync and history would be nice
Great app and real simple. I use other stuff to keep track of my time like toggl but it would be even better if this app had a feature that could show history of sessions completed, or allow sign in with google or Dropbox for syncing
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
