Needs A Proper Upgrade & Improvement On Customer Care
I am suppose to get Upgrade to VIP 4 since past 12weeks +, I had also communicated with Online support but nothing has been done till now. I am just been told you just continue shopping and system will Upgrade. I am already qualified then why such unprofessional replies? I will definitely continue shopping and I have done, but till now no any Upgrade and in this manner I am not getting any points/vouchers/benefits.
I had similar problems with Jumia and they sorted my issue in less than an hour.
KiKUU needs to have priorities for your loyal and Royal customers. After this review let’s see when will KiKUU act on this. Very disappointing and upset with your customer care services and responses.
Poor Customer relationships!!
This is what happened when you shopped on a racist website. Just because we are black and Africans doesn’t mean you should treat us poorly. Beside we are not getting your products for free. We are buying them. I have experienced a very inexperienced customer service with kikuu with led me to delete the app on my phone. But today I’m re-downloading their app but by doing that I decided to write a review so you guys can improve in your customer relation. And start treating everyone equally. Thank you!!!
Needs a proper upgrade
After shopping and proceeding to checkout I’m not able to make payment because in the “pending payment” section there are 0 purchases to pay for. likewise a product I’ve paid for isn’t showing in the transit section. meanwhile, the icons for this section have notification numbers showing the transactions i’ve made.
