I’ve been ensconced within the Apple ecosystem since 2009. One of the main reasons I used and recommended Apple was their top notch customer service. It was NEVER difficult for me to connect to a live person for assistance.
Now, 2018, I have found myself installing an app to deal with grievances to no avail. The automated phone service continuously gives the runaround and the app only wants to connect me to the less than helpful phone service. One would think that paying premium prices for products and services, Apple would have the ability to provide a superior customer service experience, as they once did.
That Galaxy Note device is looking better and better with every failed attempted at customer service from the once top notch Apple experience. Maybe getting back to releasing premium products without a care for an annual deadlines would do Apple Inc a world of good to allow focus on customer satisfaction.
Goodbye Apple. You have lost a loyal customer (and my family) due to lack of respectable vision. Starting with your decline of fundamentally sound customer service. That decline creating a vortex of frustration regarding products and service. Thus snowballing into my lack of faith and justification in paying a premium price for a product that I can no longer obtain adequate support for. I would rather pay an affordable price (Samsung) for a product I can expect the customer service support to be as dismal as Apple support has become.
Honestly, to my experience, the Apple Support app has some issues, but overall, everything is great. Problems I have experienced are not very helpful assistants. For example, such problems I have gotten was from assistants trying to help me resolve my problem, but end up not resolving it, but taking the other solution, which took time. The problem I had was updating to the software iOS 11.3.1, and it created overheating problems with my iPhone, causing it to be very difficult to use by the overpowering heat. I do appreciate the help from Apple employees, but some problems that customers have, could not be solved by the employees, so I encourage them to try to help the customers when they have a conflict. Overall, I thank you for your employees and the hard work they put in to help customers.
Is this a scam?
I tried getting help using this app. I seriously it's a great app but at times I'm not sure if it some that works for Apple, some random person I'm communicating with that's trying to help or at times some hackers. I had talked to an advisor and the literally was not making sense. If I could just get consistent communication from Apple that would be great. If an advisor that to remote in my computer why does some agents can access my computer with my ID attached to it and then others have my access this site then installs a program on my computer that is not an identified install. This does not make sense but when the app works correctly I can give it 3 Stars. Fix the issue with not being able to review chat history. Whenever I try to read my chat history it's not there.
