What's New

Version 4.2.3

Infinite Painter can now fit in your pocket. :)

iPhone support - Over the last few months, we've spent a great deal of time bringing the power of the iPad version over to the iPhone. We've improved all of the layouts to handle small screens and added pressure-sensitivity with 3D Touch. This version has all of the awesome features of the iPad version and is great for quick sketches or editing photos on the go. We've also made this available for free to users who have purchased the app on their iPad (just Restore your purchase when prompted), and for other's we've added an affordable iPhone-only option. Enjoy!

Minor fixes:
-Fixed choppy blending issue with the Paintbrushes
-Fixed issue dismissing brushes menu

Surprised at the coolness factor of this app!

M.Midnite

Just stumbled across Painter recently while scrolling through the various drawing and painting apps wondering why the App Store doesn’t bundle them all in one place when I came across this gem. Curious, I read the reviews and took a chance one of the things I noticed was how much I could enlarge a photo before heavy pixelation took over and wow! Neither Procreate or Sketchbook Pro allowed this much. Then today discovered more fun with lasso, cutting, the flipping the image..
Sweet! Sketchbook pro does this too, but I’m finding more and looking forward to what else I’ll discover.

Restore function didn’t work on iPad

Irfan0100

I downloaded the app after reading it was free for iPad users. I currently use procreate and this app seemed a good alternative to procreate. There were some bugs but considering that the app is in its nascent stages (on ios) I overlooked that aspect. Problem is I tried restoring the purchase but nothing happened. After using it for one week, most features got locked. This is not what the developers promised. I am willing to pay $8-$10 bucks for the app, but not without testing it first especially when Procreate is the market favorite and with its 4.1 update has reached peak performance.

Liking it!

Peeks Through Clouds

I’m fairly new to this app, new to digital painting... oh what the heck, I’m no artist at all, really. But I’m learning, and this app is helping. I have the Tayasui app and the Procreate app as well, and mess with them all, but keep coming back to this one. AND, I just loaded it into my iPhone as well! The week of free trial convinced me that the price was well worth it. (What is it that makes us think something fun, well-designed, easy to use, long-lasting and educational for the price of a couple of coffees is “expensive?”)
