When you hear about someone’s account being stolen or altered, a lot of times you blame the person or think it wouldn’t happen to you. But , one day I was in my account , sharing and what not (mind you in the middle of the $10 referrals promo). Then my account knocks me out and I can’t log back in. So, November 4-5th I contact the company , not working . By the 13th, I contact the company via Facebook & they tell me to submit another ticket. I did . It’s December 3rd and no reply so I contact them via fb again. Finally the 4th I get a reply basically saying it’s nothing they can do. They said that my account is registered to another number , with a card linked , but the number on the account is not and never was mine. The only way to verify is if I verify my card info that is linked to my account . But , my thing is , why would I give a company more info , if you can’t even protect my account. No telling we had my account & the number used is disconnected . (Yes they gave me the full number) so if I was someone else asking for account info , it wouldn’t take much to get out of them. So the money available in my account will be forfeited in order for me to make a new account . I won’t be making a new account but I will be deleting the one they have now .

Slow or even "No" to pay
I was excited at first as I joined on during the January 2018 promotional bonus period during which $15 bonuses per referral were supposed to be paid after the referral downloaded, registered and linked a credit/debit card to the app. Most of my friends and acquaintances were skeptical. I signed up during the small remaining period left of the promo so I had little time to recruit people. I managed to recruit two; one for which I was paid the due $15 but I still remain unpaid a month later for the second one. (I was paid only $5 of the $15 bonus.) All the requirements and deadlines were met and I have screenshots to prove them. I have contacted Dosh several times via its support and help link after awaiting an answer and not receiving one. Finally, one rep from Dosh sent me a reply that they had corrected all overdue payments and were no longer accepting "tickets" for inquiries regarding them. This is crap! They owe me $10. Not a huge amount but I earned it and met their requirements. This is a huge disappointment. I am no longer trying to recruit people to Dosh due to this. Also, it took around a month for them to correct an alleged system glitch or error that prevented certain consumer promotions/offers/rebates from being paid. I do not recommend Dosh to anyone. I will continue to use it for its deals and offers but will not be the cause for someone to go through the frustration I have trying to collect my pay.

Misrouted My Earnings
So I signed up for this after reading referrals from a website. Money began adding up in no time as I’m a regular customer for one of the stores advertised on Dosh. Finally earned enough cash to do the transfer and gave them the info for my savings acct. Double checked everything to ensure all my acct info (routing, etc) was correct. Hit the submit button on Oct 26th. Gave them 5 business days per their site. My bank acct still has nothing. I go log into Dosh, go check the history and it shows the transfer was made.......to a TOTALLY DIFFERENT ACCOUNT. Even the name didn’t match up.....I bank with one of the larger banks in the US. The name of the bank in my history is some small bank in FL that I never heard of (I do not live in FL). Went back and checked my Dosh to ensure that I didn’t make a mistake. Nope my info from my big bank is still there and shows the correct name. Why is my money being routed to a bank acct that I don’t own? In FL where I don’t live?? Sent message to support on the matter. Going on 2 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. Be very wary of dealing with these people.
1 Dec 18 - Noticed a developer commented on my review. STILL don’t have money in my bank account nor was it returned to my Dosh profile. Last time I heard from Dosh Support was on 18 Nov and it was just a message from a lady stating they were still backed up and would get to me soon. Been over a month since I did the transfer and nothing.

We are terribly sorry about all of this! Rest assured, your money has not been deposited into a small bank in Florida. If you entered in the correct bank account information, it will be transferred to that account. We had an issue with our banking partner and there was an error on their side. It only appeared that transfers were going to random bank accounts, but this was not the case. It was a display issue only, and no transfers were deposited to the incorrect bank accounts. This issue has since been resolved. As for the delay of your transfer- your money hasn't been deposited into a different bank account, and it also won't just disappear. If your transfer does not go through, it will be deposited back in your Dosh Wallet. We're sorry a Customer Support agent hasn't helped you yet. We have experienced a higher volume of tickets due to the large growth Dosh has recently seen, but they will get to your ticket! Thanks for your patience, I hope this was able to clear up some confusion and frustration.
