Alphaputt is that beautiful place where typography meets crazy golf. Putt your way through the alphabet, complete your own wordy courses and challenge your friends. Just watch out for the UFOs. And the vacuum cleaners.
● Multiplayer (1-4 players)
● 26 levels, infinite courses
● Different game modes
Alphaputt is our typographic take on the classic mini-golf course. Up to 4 players can play on the same device.
There are 26 beautifully designed levels, one for each letter of the alphabet – from A for Airport to Z for Zen Garden. Each has its own soundscape and unique theme which brings its own gameplay challenges.
The intuitive shot system and minimal controls make sure the letters are the true protagonists of the scene. Players can move around them to get the best angle, set direction and adjust power.
Players can create personalised courses by typing in the words they want to play or tackle randomly generated ones. Individuals can also take the par-fection challenge by attempting to complete the entire alphabet under par.
There are virtually endless combinations and challenges that can be set, making Alphaputt a game you will want to play again and again.

Great game, just needs one more thing
I really liked this game, very creative and fun to play with a lot of customization. The only thing that keeps it from five stars is the lack of an ability to zoom in and out. Adding the now standard two finger pinch/pull motion to zoom in and out on the screen is needed to fine-tune shots which in some cases are very tricky. The creator did include the two finger circle motion to rotate so that we can see from all angles, which is great. Just please add the zoom in/out ability and I will play for updates (adding levels to look like punctuation for example - you could make a level shaped like a ? Mark). Thanks!
A game worth playing if you value good design
I’ve been following Sennep’s production of this game for close to a year now (yes, I’m that passionate about mini golf games) and I’m proud to report that Alphaputt has all the charm, wonder & thoughtful design it promised and more! I’ve been thoroughly enjoying playing and typing out my own courses. Not everyone will notice the depth of thoughtfulness that went into even the smallest details of this game, but I certainly do & I hope you keep an eye out for them as well. This is a game by a design studio, not a dime-a-dozen “MiniPutt Lite”.
Fell short for me
I can’t speak for everyone but here are some things that frustrated me beyond words. First off this game is way too hard. I also don’t like that the game screen is so small and you cannot zoom in. I was doing a graveyard level, couldn’t understand why the ball kept kicking back. As I got a magnifying glass out I could see there was a gate that would open. I couldn’t see it since I cannot zoom in. I’m playing on an iPhone xs max and it’s impossible to see each aspect of the course. I don’t have an iPad so it may be a good size on the iPad, I just don’t know. Not sure if they can fix the zooming in and maybe there is a way to do it that I’m missing. Will give it another try but as of now it’s way too frustrating on an iPhone.
