Login, location detection issues
Unable to login with my account from the website for some reason.
This applies to the website as well, but their location detection locks users into specific versions of the store, with no way for users to select the correct option. For example, while traveling (I have residence overseas as well), I can only see that country's content, with no way to view, order, etc. the US store, where my credit cards, delivery address, are.
Because of this, I've actually had reward points expire since I couldn't access nor order while overseas, so it could be delivered and waiting when I got back to the US.

Their is no Receipt for my Purchase and a Tracking.
Hi! I just ordered an Abree Slim Wallet today (Sept 7, 2018). My concern is that the app doesnt have an order receipt to send on my email or any tracking for my order. I am wondering how to track my package cos’ I dont wanna wait for nothing and I dont want to waste my money since they that the app already took off my money from my card. Plus there is a charge fee of $1.00 and I dont understand why I am being charged of that amount cos all I know is that I’m only paying the exact amount I purchased on.
I bought a pair of boots for $60 and it took the money but I don’t see anything under order history. I bought something last night for my boyfriend and it showed up so now I’m panicking. Help!
