Forced landscape mode is a pain
I was happy to see an iPad version that takes advantage of the full screen. I was getting tired of the letterboxes on the iPad when using the phone version of the app. Only problem is, the iPad version is landscape mode only. There is no way to change this in either the app or the iPad. I hate using apps in landscape mode. It’s cumbersome and the new default iOS keyboard is a royal pain to use in landscape. Good luck finding a decimal on the keyboard in landscape mode. That’s kind of a big deal, especially with a financial app.
Issues logging in
I’ve used the mobile app on both the iPhone and iPad with no issues. But today I can’t log in to either! I get a message that my uid or pw is incorrect! It is absolutely correct! I can log on to the website version just fine! But I need to make a mobile deposit and now am unable to! What’s going on?

If you are still experiencing issues, please uninstall the app and download the latest version 1.14.2 from the App Store. This should resolve any login issues you may be experiencing. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Very laggy. Press a button and nothing happens for a long time. So long it makes you wonder if you pressed it. Layout and feel is not very intuitive. How do I set my Visa card to be paid automatically every month? Searched all over and never found out. Forced to switch to this new app and not pleased. Feels like I’m beta testing.
