Date problem

Overall the app is great but there are problems with the dates, I used it on Tues 11/20 but it gave me an award for 11/21 Also in the Journal on the calendar it had the date correct as 11/20 but line on the calendar lined up with Monday instead of Tuesday??? Also how do you share data with Apple Health and MyFitnessPal, I don’t see a settings menu in the app?

Hey RonRockerCleveland, thanks for your feedback we're very sorry to hear about any trouble. What you're describing sounds kind of unusual, but I could definitely see something like that happen inadvertently and we're happy to determine what is going on and help out.

What I'd recommend doing is taking a screenshot or two of the issues using your iPhone or iPad. Then, navigate to your app settings and use the "Send us an email" option. That will go directly to our App Team and they typically respond within 1 or 2 business days.

When you send that email, I'd include a description of the issue, the time stamp on the workout and what time it was actually completed, and attach any relevant screenshots so our app people can take a look directly and get back to you with how to proceed.

Ok, but needs improvements...

It’s an ok app. However, there is one big flaw...the videos (which I subscribe to) stop playing if you’re not actively using the machine. This is kinda pointless since some of the videos have you stretching prior to/after working out. Kinda hard to follow the stretching exercises while you’re continually taping the “play” button.

Heart Rate!

Surprised heart rate can’t be obtained from Apple health/iWatch. Also at least 15-20 bpm difference in handle bar heart rate and the Apple iWatch heart rate. So heart rate average is quite low because it’s taken from the handle bars that are only held.

Hey Tom! Previously, our other apps have featured the ability to export your workout data to Apple Health. That allowed users to combine their iWatch heart rate data with their Max Trainer workout info within Apple Health. That being said, while Apple Health is not yet supported within the Max Intelligence app, it is definitely on the roadmap and something that should be added soon in a future update.

Beyond that, I do know that we're also looking to build support for heart rate monitors directly in to the app. As to your heart rate on the contact grips, though, a few things. First off, when testing them, I'd recommend removing your Apple Watch. Other electronic wearables, especially ones with heart rate monitoring, can interfere with readings.

If you continue to notice a discrepancy, while different heart rate monitors all use their own setups and equations, we're always happy to ensure your machine is functioning as it should. If you'd like for us to look over that machine with you at any point, please feel free to give our support people in our Customer Care team a call.
