Pretty good - Suggestions
I’d like to see the subscription plan offer recommended resistance level’s for new workouts based off that weeks performance or even the last couple days.
Another good suggestion would be to have the ability to delete a workout from the journal. I sometimes need to jump off when only a couple minutes into a workout for whatever reason. It recorder that workout as a completion, which I do not want on the journal. I typically start over and complete.
Good app so far, a little pricey for what it is offering. I’d give it 3.5 starts now, hope it get better moving forward!

Good news regarding the ability to delete individual workouts as well! I do know this feature is coming at some point for the new M6 and M8. The new consoles can even be updated through the app so whether it requires an app update, firmware update, or both, this is something we will be adding down the road. We do apologize for any brief workout snippets cluttering things up in the meantime, but if anything, they are tracking and recording activity you did take and calories you did burn :-)

Can’t get it to work.
One of the reasons I bought my M6 was to use it with this app. I cannot get the app to work. It sees my machine and runs an update, then asks for a power cycle...and then does the same thing. Over and over. All it does is update, but the “finish” button remains grayed out. I’ve tried power cycling more than once, I’ve tried keeping the machine off for up to 10 minutes and then turning it back on. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still doesn’t work. At least it isn’t killing the Bowflex, like I see it’s doing for some reviewers. Still, profoundly disappointing. 🙁

A week or so back we released a firmware update. We initially thought there was an issue with the new firmware and pulled that update, but we learned it was actually an issue with some of the consoles.
We've mostly gotten that resolved for everyone, but what you're describing does sound a bit different. Either way, though, we do want to help out and get this taken care of for you.
So that we can assist you, please launch the Max Intelligence app, navigate to your Profile near the bottom corner of your screen, and then use the Feedback and Support option. I'd include the information you provided here about the problem and the steps you've attempted so far. Our App Team will work back and forth with you directly to get this fixed.

Great app but a few major flaws.
I use this on the iPad, but once I hit stop on iPad there is no way to exit the app without having to close it entirely. This causes me to lose my workout and doesn’t show up when I relaunch the app which is very frustrating. I love the app, but this is a huge flaw, and I can’t find any way for the runs I take when I launch the RunSocial app to show up on max app. Please fix these issues.

I had thought some trouble with stopping videos had been resolved and that RunSocial integration had been increased in a recent update. With that in mind, I'd first recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. After doing so, test out those workout videos and navigate to Channels within the app, find the Entertainment section, and launch the Explore the World workout from the RunSocial tile.
You don't need to complete the full workout or any such thing, but after going for a minute or such, let us know if...
you could stop and resume workout videos or otherwise return to the app without losing progress
that new workout data appeared within the Max Intelligence app
